My period has been the best one I’ve had for a very very very long time 💛 I’ve been heavy but the pain has been manageable and dull. I went in and did what you showed me yesterday when I had some cramps here and there and that helped but today I’ve had more energy as my bleeding is starting to ease now.
Feeling so much better in myself and having such a good period has given me so much hope for the future! 💛
