Terms and Conditions for Healing & Awakening Services at Healing Heart and Soul

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and Healing Heart and Soul, (the Service Provider) for the provision of Healing and Awakening services. By booking a session or a program, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

 

1. Mutual Respect and Conduct

 

Both the Client and the Transformational Coach (hereinafter referred to as the Coach) agree to engage in the healing and awakening process with mutual respect, understanding, and professionalism. This relationship is built on trust, and it is essential that both parties adhere to the highest standards of conduct. The Coach is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in which the Client can explore personal concerns.

 

The Client agrees to:

 

• Attend sessions on time.

• Actively engage in the process while respecting the Coach's  professional boundaries.

• Notify the Coach in advance if unable to attend a session.

• The Coach agrees to:

• Provide the Client with high-quality, professional services.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations.

 

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

The privacy of the Client is of utmost importance. All information shared in the course of healing and awakening will remain confidential, except in cases where legal obligations require disclosure. The Coach adheres to relevant data protection and privacy laws, and any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of healing and awakening.

Privacy Policy

 

• All client information is stored securely and will not be shared with any third party without the Client's express consent, unless required by law.

• Client data may be stored in paper or digital format, both of which are protected with appropriate security measures.

 

By engaging in these healing and awakening services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which can be provided upon request.

 

3. Initial Consultation

 

The initial consultation is a 90 minute session, during which the Coach will assess the Client’s needs, explain the Healing and Awakening journey, and answer any questions and tune into the Soul Mind for the Initial Transmission of Healing and Guidance to set the Healing and Awakening process in motion.

 

4. Free 15-Minute Initial Call

 

All Clients are entitled to a free 15-minute consultation call prior to booking any session. This call provides the opportunity to ask questions about the process, clarify any concerns, and ensure that the Client feels comfortable proceeding on their Healing and Awakening Journey. This call allows the Client to determine whether the services offered align with their goals.

 

5. Session Details

Initial Consultations and Single Appointment sessions are typically 90 minutes in duration and lay the foundations for the Client's progressive Healing & Awakening.  

 

Ongoing Healing and Awakening sessions are also typically 90 minutes in duration, focusing on addressing the Client’s goals and challenges and awakening them to higher consciousness.

 

6. Pricing and Payment

 

Soul Readings are charged Per Session

Personal Healing and Awakening Journeys are charged upfront.

Payment Terms:

 

Payment for Soul Readings and Healing and Awakening Journeys must be made 24 hours before the appointment. Payment can be made via the website.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.

 

This policy ensures that the Coach can offer the time slot to another client and maintain a schedule that respects all clients' time.

 

8. Refund Policy

 

All payments are non-refundable. By booking a session or purchasing a Healing and Awakening Journey, you agree that no refunds will be provided, regardless of whether the Client attends the session or completes their Journey.

 

9. Client Responsibilities

 

To achieve the best results, the Client agrees to:

 

• Attend sessions regularly.

• Be open and honest with the Coach.

• Follow any recommendations or instructions provided by the Coach (e.g., listening to recordings, completing tasks between sessions).

• Notify the Coach of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect the Healing and Awakening process.

 

10. Practitioner Responsibilities

 

The Coach will:

 

• Provide a professional and ethical service.

• Offer clear communication throughout the healing and awakening process.

• Respect the Client’s time, privacy, and personal boundaries.

• Make reasonable adjustments if the Client has any special needs or requests related to the healing and awakening process.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

The Coach makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes from the sessions. The Client acknowledges that the process of Healing and Awakening can vary in effectiveness depending on individual circumstances, and results are not guaranteed.

 

The Coach will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the Client's participation in sessions, except where required by law.

 

12. Agreement and Consent

 

By booking a service from Healing Heart and Soul, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and consents to the provision of Healing and Awakening services.
